Cabinets and Accessories

1. Cabinet Body: The entire structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a full thickness of 1.0 mm. The steel surface undergoes processes such as grinding, polishing, rust removal, and phosphating, followed by application of an epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating which is then cured at 220°C to form a smooth and corrosion-resistant surface with a thickness of 1.15 mm to 1.2 mm. The doors are of a double-layer structure with sound insulation material filled inside.
2. Knee space guide rail: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with dimensions of 30*60*1.0 mm.
3. Handle: Non-welded linear handle / C-shaped stainless steel handle / inserted aluminum handle.
4. Slide: DTC silent self-closing slide.
5. Hinge: DTC 105°/175° self-closing hinge / stainless steel self-closing hinge.
6. Foot: Laboratory-specific adjustable feet are used, with an adjustment range of ≥35 mm and strong load-bearing capacity; the balance of the laboratory bench can be adjusted.
